Replaced (1) 800 ton centrifugal chiller and (1) 50 hp pump.

Installed (3) 100% outside air units, ductwork, piping and controls.

Replaced (3) 150 ton water cooled chillers, (2) 250 ton cooling towers and (8) pumps. This was performed over (2) weekends with no downtime to tenants.

Replaced condenser coils on (2) 200 ton air cooled chillers.

Installed (15) ice storage tanks, heat exchanger, pumps and piping for new Thermal Energy Storage conversion of existing chiller plant.

Replaced (5) split system AC units.

Replaced chilled water coils, blower wheels and re-piped chilled water for 250 ton air handler.

Replaced (1) chilled water air handler, (4) VAV boxes, ductwork and chilled water piping in building 27.

Replaced (8) split system AC units.

Replaced (10) roof top package unites and 93) chilled water air handlers.

Replaced 30 ton chilled water coil on AHU-4.

Replaced 50 ton roof top package unit.

(14) Classroom additin, including installation of chiller, piping, air handler and VAV boxes.

Replaced (90) underground chilled water shut off valves during Christmas break. 

Installed (1) 30 ton chiller, (1) boiler, (1) air handler, piping and ductwork.
